Meet the Team

Our primary goal is to be the most professional, yet personal Property Management Company. We understand Property Owners have different needs and they deserve flexible, personalized service. This is particularly true for absentee owners. Many of our clients work for the Military,  State Department or other Governmental Agencies. Our Staff Members take great pride in their work. Many have been here for several years, and are always striving to provide you the professional service you deserve!


Greg Wilson
Principal Broker/Owner

Greg retired from the Navy as a Commander after 20 years of service. He has been licensed over 18 years and has over 16 years of Property Management experience. Greg is a founding member of Riverside Property Management which opened in 2005. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1981 with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Susan Wilson
Business Manager

Susan is a founding member of the office and handles all accounting activities, including monthly reports to owners, payment of rent proceeds to owners, payment of all bills, another accounting related activities. Susan is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in accounting. She has over 10 years experience as a practicing Certified Public Accountant.
